Arsenal have agreed on a deal to sign versatile forward Gabriel Jesus from Manchester City for a fee believed to be in the region of £45 million, according to The Atheltic.
The report goes on to say that both Chelsea and Spurs were interested in the 25-year-old’s profile but Jesus is reportedly sold on the chance to be the focal point of Arsenal’s attack.
If a deal goes through, Jesus will be reunited with former Manchester City assistant manager Mikel Arteta and with the two knowing each other very well, there shouldn’t be many problems over adaptability.
