Johnny Depp‘s defamation trial against Amber Heard came to an end on Thursday and it was time for certain voices to break their silence and give their opinion, including Elon Musk.
The world’s richest businessman was once Amber Heard‘s partner and decided not to attend the long trial between the two actors, despite his name appearing in it.
It was Depp who accused his ex-partner, Heard, of having a relationship with the Tesla founder.
Musk wanted to wait until the case was over to speak out and say what he thought. The world’s richest man chose Twitter as the platform on which he shared his thoughts.

“I hope they both move on,” Musk said, responding to Lex Fridman.
“At their best, each of them is amazing.”
Musk and Heard’s relationship
Musk and Heard met during the summer of 2012 while working on the set of the film ‘Machete Kills’, directed by Robert Rodriguez.
It was in 2013 when she played Miss San Antonio, Blanca Vasquez, and Musk appeared in a cameo as himself in the film.
According to the Tesla owner’s spokesperson, “Elon and Amber didn’t start seeing each other until May 2016, and even then it was infrequent. Their relationship didn’t become romantic until some time after that.”
