It’s no secret that Lady Gaga is seriously fit. She performs all these sold-out shows all the time like it’s NBD and, ya know, that takes some physical effort. But sometimes she’ll share a moment to remind the world of just how sculpted she is.
Gaga just dropped a new pic on Instagram from her sold-out jazz show in Vegas and wowzer. It’s shot from behind, and you can see the 35-year-old singer and actress breaking it down in a cool silver flapper-style outfit. The fringe that covers the look is flying—and Gaga is showing off an impressively toned booty.
“Playing a SOLD OUT JAZZ SHOW IN LAS VEGAS 654 days after not seeing this audience I can’t tell you how much our fans mean to me and us,” Lady Gaga wrote in the caption. “I feel so blessed everyday that I get to do what I love the most—making the world happy through art, laughter, kindness, and commitment to community. Thank you for believing in me all these years. And thank you to jazz music. I feel very privileged to sing this music with friends and colleagues some of which I’ve been with 18 years. I send my love to a brave public that is still trying to live through Covid. May your hearts be blessed, and if your looking to smile come and see us! ❤️❤️❤️ #jazz #lasvegas.”

Of course, people were all over it in the comments: “Shake that JAZZ!” choreographer Richy Jackson wrote. “I love you as this,” said Selma Blair. “Gaga been doing them squats,” another commenter pointed out.
OK, so how exactly did Gaga get her tight booty and killer legs? For starters, she’s big into Pilates, which is excellent for creating muscle tone. Gaga likes to get her Pilates on with certified instructor Lisa Marie Goodwin, using the Reformer—which is an intense machine that works a bunch of your muscles simultaneously through resistance training.
While you can’t see her abs in the latest pic, you better believe they’re super toned, too. Gaga works with celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak for all-over fitness, including creating an impressive six-pack.
Pasternak previously told Us Weekly that Gaga likes to do 35-minute resistance training workouts that focus on her abs when she’s touring. She’s also big on bicycle crunches during their sessions, doing six sets of 20 reps to, “train her abs from every direction,” Pasternak says.
Aaand Lady Gaga is also super active as well. She regularly posts pics on Instagram of herself doing things like going horseback riding, rock climbing, and swimming.
