Rita Ora is soaking all of those last rays of sunshine in before the cold weather hits. The actress and singer, 30, lounges on a stool in brand new Instagram pics that had fans flooding the comments with fire emojis.
Rita is absolutely glowing in a pair of white, chain printed tights that show off her toned legs. She looks fitter than ever, and even fellow celebs couldn’t get over her look. Actress Bella Thorne commented, “🔥😢😍😮,” while comedian Celeste Barber wrote, “Same.”
“Chasing sunsets 🌞,” Rita captioned the snaps—and her mom, Vera, even added “☀️ shine 🎀” in the comments (aw!).
Wondering just how Rita keeps those legs looking so sculpted? She says circuit training is a huge part of her fitness routine, and squats and weight lifting are her go-tos.
“I do circuit training. I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting. And I do one circuit of cardio,” Rita explained to Shape.
Rita also works with celeb trainer Jono Castano—and if his name sounds familiar, it’s because he’s Rebel Wilson’s trainer, too. He’s posted some clips of Rita’s intense workouts before, like this one:
And, Rita has said that the best workout motivation (the one that gets her through those super tough sessions!) is a big slice of pizza: “Basically I just keep going even when i feel like I can’t…. and I get through it each time! Give your whole heart and believe and trust the universe. The feeling at the end is worth it. I tell myself that everyday 🤟🏼❤️ whilst thinking about pizza,” she captioned an old workout post on Instagram, per Women’s Health UK.
But Rita knows that practice makes perfect, especially in the gym. “What I’ve learned is that you can take your time with training,” she told Shape. “You don’t have to beat yourself up as long as you get in the workouts that you need. I used to push myself until I felt sick. But I’m approaching it differently now. I enjoy working out. And I like the aftermath—that feeling of contentment.”
Plus, another reason she looks so glowy and happy in those pics? She’s been working hard on learning body acceptance. “You have to come to terms with loving your body,” she shared with Cosmopolitan. “Stand naked in front of the mirror, and say, ‘I’m f—king sexy.’ That’s where it starts.”
It must be working because Rita’s looking stronger and more radiant than ever.
