Arsenal target Gabriel Jesus scored a fantastic goal as Brazil thrashed South Korea 5-1 in Seoul on Thursday.
Although it was only an international friendly, and the game was already wrapped up with Jesus scoring the fifth and final goal for the Brazilians, Arsenal fans may take some interest in the 25-year-old’s finish, given the strong transfer links around his future at the moment.
The forward was introduced in the 78th minute, replacing Leeds’ Raphinha – who’s also been linked with a move to the Gunners – with the scoreline in Seoul at 3-1. But further strikes from fellow substitute Phillipe Coutinho and Jesus helped guide Tite’s side to a convincing victory.
Picking up play on the right-hand-side, the forward weaved his way through the challenges before finding the far corner of the net with a clinical left-footed finish.

It’s the type of thing Arsenal fans want to see Jesus do in red and white next season. Whether Edu and Co can get a deal over the line remains to be seen, but he’d certainly strengthen Mikel Arteta’s squad.
